Royal Oak provides each franchisee with an exclusive territory, defined at the time of signing. Within your territory, we will not operate or license another Royal Oak Massage & Spa—giving you the space and confidence to grow your business.

Territory & Site Details
Exclusive Territory
You receive an exclusive territory defined in Attachment 1 of your Franchise Agreement. Royal Oak will not operate or license another Royal Oak Massage & Spa within your territory during the term of your agreement.
Site Selection Assistance
We provide site selection guidelines and criteria to help you identify an acceptable location. Once you submit a proposed site, we will respond within 15 days. If a mutually agreeable site cannot be identified, we reserve the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
Build-Out by Construction Affiliate
Our Construction Affiliate serves as the general contractor for all design and build-out of the Massage & Spa premises. You must contract with our Construction Affiliate for these services. The space is delivered as a fully designed, built-to-suit location.
Development Timeline
We provide a clear, proven timeline to help you move forward with confidence—beginning with identifying your location within the first four months and opening within eight months of site approval. With our support, most franchisees complete the journey from signing to opening in approximately nine months.
Opening Requirements
We guide you every step of the way to ensure your Massage & Spa is fully prepared for a successful opening. This includes completing construction, securing all licenses, finishing training, finalizing agreements, putting insurance in place, and receiving our final approval to open.
