Item 5 — One Time
Initial Franchise Fee

Paid in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement. Non-refundable and fully earned upon signing.
Item 6 — Weekly
Royalty

Royalty based on Gross Revenue of the Massage & Spa.

Contributes to national brand marketing. Currently 2% — may be increased up to 3% with 30 days notice.

Covers brand website maintenance and email addresses. Currently $100/week; maximum $140/week.

Local Marketing

of Gross Revenue
Required minimum local marketing expenditure. Grand opening spend of at least $2,500 counts toward this obligation.

Per Trainer Per Day
Charged if Massage & Spa is not operated per standards, or if additional training is requested outside normal course.
